La Mandragora Dinner

Because Paul, our chef, goes to the market each and every day to make sure that he uses fresh and tasty ingredients, and because he personally prepares every dish from the menu, here, at La Mandragora, our clients can have only dinner. Starting with 6 pm, you can have one of Paul’s tasty inventions and relax afterwards in our cigar room while drinking a nice glass of wine. Before leaving, you can enjoy a special cocktail in the lounge from the 1st floor.

Menu I - 37 Eur + Vat/person

Mix Starter :Canapés with chicken breast slices and Caesar dressing; Antipasti; Canapés with Parma ham, rucola, spinach, tomatoes and Pesto sauce; Salmon fumee in crepes with mustard and dill sauce; Parmesan muffins with tomatoes, savory and fresh cheese

Norwegian salmonwith a lasagna of lemon-potatoes-puree, spinach, tomatoes concasse and white wine veloute

Chicken breastencrusted in parmesan, salvia with traditional risotto and vegetables

Crème brûlée with  with green apple ice cream and cinnamon chips


Menu II - 42 Eur + Vat/person

 Mix Starter: Tomatoes Mozzarella with pesto; Antipasti; Corn Blini with salmon graved and onions; Caesar Salad; Spinach Tartar with Parma ham and sweet cheese

Variation of fishmade of Saint Pierre, salmon and prawns with green asparagus, baby carrots, parsley root piure and sauce of crustacean

Roost beef steakwith „dauphine“ potatoes, port wine jus and seasonal vegetables

Chocolate & Sour Cherry Dessert and strawberry ice cream


La Mandragora Lunch

Usually, La Mandragora is open at dinnertime only. However, if you wish to have lunch in our restaurant, please notify us three days ahead, at the following number: +4021 319 75 92 and specify which one of our dinner dishes you would like to have. Paul and his staff will open the kitchen especially for you. Lunch reservations are available for groups of minimum 8 persons.
